High living with a view of the city and contact with the neighborhood
Dialogue is built on a new way of looking at the city. Lighter. Greener. More connected to each other and the environment. Not a closed block, but an open living environment where tranquility and liveliness alternate effortlessly.
These two iconic towers on Wenckebachweg are more than architectural eye-catchers. They mark the new entrance to Overamstel and naturally connect city and neighborhood, neighbors and visitors.
In Dialogue, 110 owner-occupied homes, social and medium-rent housing, care spaces, stores, creative workspaces and restaurants and cafes come together. Everything here revolves around the balance between rest and bustle, between your own space and the shared life outside.
Designed by Cruz y Ortiz
Dialogue was designed by the Spanish architectural firm Cruz y Ortiz, internationally renowned and responsible, among other things, for the redevelopment of the Rijksmuseum and the Atlético Madrid stadium.
Their signature design is also clearly visible in Dialogue: powerful lines, an elegant formal language and a refined finish to the details.
The two towers (70 and 50 meters high) are connected in steps. This creates not only an airy and dynamic profile, but also vistas, light and a recognizable skyline. The facade is finished in refined aluminum: modern and durable in one.
This is architecture that adapts to the city, but also dares to stand out.

01

Home, workplace and meeting place, together under one roof
Dialogue brings together functions that reinforce each other. In the lower layers there will be space for restaurants, a small-scale supermarket, care and creative businesses. Together they form the lively plinth where the neighborhood will soon find each other naturally.
At the heart of the building is the green inner garden, entirely public, but designed as a quiet meeting place for residents. Think: lunch in the sun, a glass of wine with the neighbors or just a moment to yourself.
Dialogue is not only an iconic building, but also a glimpse into the future of a vibrant residential and commercial area. Located in an emerging part of town, it will grow into a vibrant center where people feel at home in a close-knit urban community.

A new piece of city between Bajeskwartier and Overamstel
Overamstel is under construction. The Bajeskwartier is bustling. And Dialogue is right in between. With architecture that dares, a smart mix of functions and living comfort that feels like home. Living, working, meeting, it all comes together here.
