Elevated living with city views and a strong sense of community
Dialogue is shaped by a new way of looking at the city. Brighter. Greener. More connected to people and place. Not a closed block, but an open living environment where calm and vibrancy move naturally alongside each other.
These two iconic towers on the Wenckebachweg are more than architectural landmarks. They form the new gateway to Overamstel and create an effortless connection between city and neighbourhood, between residents and visitors.
Dialogue brings together 110 owner-occupied homes, social and mid-rent apartments, care facilities, shops, creative workspaces and cafés and restaurants. Life here is all about balance, between quiet and bustle, between your own space and the shared world outside.
Designed by Cruz y Ortiz
Dialogue was designed by the Spanish architectural practice Cruz y Ortiz, internationally renowned and responsible, among other things, for the redevelopment of the Rijksmuseum and Atlético Madrid’s stadium.
Their signature is unmistakable in Dialogue: strong lines, an elegant architectural language and refined detailing throughout.
The two towers, seventy and fifty metres high, are connected in a series of stepped forms. This creates not only an airy, dynamic silhouette, but also long views, natural light and a distinctive presence on the skyline. The façade is finished in refined aluminium, modern and durable in equal measure.
This is architecture that adapts to the city yet is confident enough to stand out.

01

Home, workplace and meeting place under one roof
Dialogue brings together uses that strengthen each other. The lower floors will house restaurants, a small supermarket, care providers and creative businesses. Together, they form a lively plinth where neighbours will soon naturally find one another.
At the heart of the building lies the green inner garden. It is fully public, yet designed as a calm meeting place for residents. Think of lunch in the sun, a glass of wine with neighbours or simply a quiet moment to yourself.
Dialogue is not only an iconic building. It is also a glimpse of the future for this emerging residential and commercial district, where a close-knit urban community will soon take shape.

A new piece of city between Bajeskwartier and Overamstel
Overamstel is evolving. Bajeskwartier is buzzing. And Dialogue sits right in between. With architecture that dares, a smart blend of uses and a level of comfort that immediately feels like home. Living, working, meeting. It all comes together here.
