Inside the ring, on the metro, straight onto the motorway
Dialogue is located at H.J.E. Wenckebachweg 144–148, in a fast-developing part of the city within the A10 ring road, in the municipality of Ouder-Amstel. Something new is taking shape here.
You can cycle to De Pijp in ten minutes, walk to the Bajeskwartier in five minutes and reach Spaklerweg metro station in just three minutes. The A10 is right around the corner. And yet, the area feels surprisingly calm. Almost as if the city briefly slows down here.

From Dialogue, you are immediately surrounded by green space. Park Somerlust and the Amstel River are both just a four-minute bike ride away. Whether you prefer walking, cycling, swimming or enjoying a picnic by the water, nature is always close.
Bella Vista Park, Martin Luther King Park and Amstelpark are also nearby. And if you want to go even further, you can cycle into the Ronde Hoep in twenty minutes. A way to step out of the city, both physically and mentally, without ever really leaving it.

Living in a fast-growing urban neighborhood
Overamstel is undergoing a major transformation. What was once an area dominated by offices and industry is steadily becoming a live-work neighbourhood with character. New restaurants and creative businesses are settling around the Duivendrechtsevaart. Streets are becoming greener, nearby parks are being upgraded, and the atmosphere is urban yet relaxed.
Dialogue is part of this movement. One of the first developments in place, with room for renewal and connection. Right as the neighbourhood begins to reveal its new identity.
