Dialogue is located at H.J.E. Wenckebachweg 144-148, in an emerging part of the city within the A10 ring road, in the municipality of Ouder-Amstel. Something new is emerging here.
You bike to the Pijp in ten minutes, walk to the Bajeskwartier in five minutes, and are at subway station Spaklerweg in three minutes. The A10 is just around the corner. Yet it feels surprisingly relaxed here. As if the city is just taking a break.

From Dialogue you are right in the green. Park Somerlust is a four-minute bike ride away, as is the Amstel River. Whether you want to walk, cycle, swim or picnic on the dock, nature is never far away.
Bella Vista Park, Martin Luther Kingpark and Amstelpark are also close by. And if you want, you can pedal into the Ronde Hoep in twenty minutes. Physically and mentally get out of the city for a while, without having to leave.

Living in a fast-growing urban neighborhood
Overamstel is undergoing a transformation. What was once an area of offices and industry is gradually becoming a live/work neighborhood with character. New restaurants and creative entrepreneurs are establishing themselves around the Duivendrechtsevaart. The streets are becoming greener, the surrounding parks are getting an upgrade and the atmosphere is urban but relaxed.
