Living from the ninth floor with a view

Whether you are buying your first apartment or ready for a new step, Dialogue offers 110 homes that combine light, space and comfort with everything the city has to offer.

You live from the ninth floor upwards, with open views to the horizon. Choose from a studio, one or two-bedroom apartment. All are sleekly finished, cleverly laid out and most feature a private balcony or loggia.

Final buying phase

There are still a few homes available. View the current selection and check whether your new home is among them.

Luxury with SieMatic kitchen and Bora cooktop

All apartments are delivered with a high quality SieMatic kitchen, complete with Siemens built-in appliances and a Bora cooktop. Larger homes also include a Quooker boiling-water tap. The bathrooms feature a modern walk-in shower and stylish sanitary fittings, carefully matched to each apartment type. Everything is finished with seamless ceilings and clean-lined interior doors, with attention paid to every detail.

The apartment walls are delivered wallpaper-ready. The ceilings are sprayed smooth without visible joints. If you prefer plastered ceilings, this can be arranged via the buyer’s adviser.

The interior doors are flat and solid, with steel door frames. These can also be fully customised to suit your personal taste.

Outdoor living with a balcony or loggia

Whether you wake up to the morning sun or end your day with views over the city, Dialogue always offers outdoor space. Every apartment of 50 m² or larger features a private balcony or loggia. The glass balustrades maximise openness while maintaining comfort and safety.

A green roof garden as an extension of your home

On the second floor, above the bicycle storage, lies Dialogue’s green heart. This communal roof garden is a place to meet, read a book, have lunch with friends or simply be outside without stepping onto the street.

The garden is partly public but feels like an extension of your own living space. Wide staircases on either side of the building, as well as the lift, take you there in moments.

The balustrades are finished in glass, with aluminium top and bottom rails in olive yellow. The acoustic ceilings are light grey, subtly matching the façade.

Sustainable living with thermal energy and solar panels

Dialogue has been designed with comfort and sustainability in mind. The homes are well insulated and connected to a collective CHP system via the Bajeskwartier. This provides underfloor heating in winter and mild cooling in summer, generally at lower energy costs than traditional systems.

Some of the roofs will be fitted with solar panels and connected to the system. This is not only beneficial for the environment, but also contributes to a comfortable and efficient living experience.
