This is the privacy statement of the Dialogue project. This privacy statement describes how we handle the personal data of customers, suppliers, business partners and other third parties. We value your privacy and therefore take the utmost care in handling and protecting personal data. We process data in accordance with the conditions imposed on it in the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Wenckebachweg B.V. (the entity established by Amvest and COD for the purpose of their cooperation in this project, hereinafter referred to as "Dialogue") is the controller within the meaning of the AVG with respect to the processing of your personal data. This means that only we determine which personal data are processed, for what purpose and in what manner. Dialogue is responsible for ensuring that your personal data are processed fairly and carefully in accordance with the AVG. In this privacy statement we explain which data Dialogue processes and for what purposes they are used.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
We process personal data for the performance of our area/project development and investment management services, including:
- Sending newsletters and other publications;
- Contacting you by phone or e-mail or by providing information on a website;
- Informing about (changes in) services and products;
Offering products and/or services and/or information about products and/or services; - Assessing and accepting a customer, supplier, business partner or other third party to establish a relationship or conclude an agreement;
- Concluding and executing agreements with a supplier, business partner or other third party in connection with the performance of an agreement with you;
- The development, monitoring and improvement of our products and services;
- (Market) research, trend analyses, customer profiles and statistical studies, whereby data is anonymized or can no longer be traced back to an identifiable natural person;
- Analyzing your behavior on our websites in order to improve the websites and/or adjust the offer of products and services to your preferences.
Furthermore, we process personal data for recruiting and selecting staff, for administration, security, management of ICT systems, realizing process improvements, for compliance with legal obligations, archiving and handling requests, complaints and disputes.
Legal bases for processing are the conclusion and performance of agreements we enter into with you, compliance with legal obligations and the representation of our legitimate interests and those of our customers and third parties. For sending our e-mail newsletter and placing cookies we ask your permission. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
You are - apart from a possible legal obligation - not obliged to provide personal data to Dialogue. However, not providing your personal data may have consequences for our services (such as providing information or entering into agreements with Dialogue).
Dialogue does not use automated decision making.
ORIGIN OF PERSONAL DATA
We obtain your personal data because you disclose it to us yourself, or because we obtain it in the course of providing our services (or any of our other processing purposes) from third parties, for example from real estate agents, or from public sources such as the trade register or the land registry.
RETENTION PERIODS
Dialogue retains yourpersonal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data are collected and/or to protect Dialogue's legitimate interests, such as compliance with legal retention periods. If we no longer need the data for the aforementioned purposes, we may retain the data for archiving and possible legal proceedings.
If we process your personal data to answer a question, we will retain that data so that we can answer possible follow-up questions or handle a possible complaint.
SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
Dialogue shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the conclusion and performance of an agreement with you, or is necessary for another purpose described above. This may, for example, include ICT service providers, accountants, brokers, mortgage brokers, consultants, guarantee institutions, (future) managers, showrooms, notaries, suppliers, (sub) contractors and business partners, such as a company in which Dialogue participates. We enter into a processing agreement or make arrangements with third parties processing your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Dialogue will remain responsible for such processing. In addition, Dialogue provides your personal data to third parties who are also data controllers and as such are themselves obliged to comply with legal privacy obligations. In such cases Dialogue may enter into a confidentiality agreement.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EU
Your personal data will in principle not be transferred by Wenckebachweg outside the European Union. If data is transferred outside the European Union, the transfer - to the extent that the country in question does not have an adequate level of protection as referred to in Article 45 AVG - will take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards as referred to in Article 46 AVG, or in accordance with one of the conditions set out in Article 49 AVG, for example, that the transfer is necessary for an agreement between you and Dialogue or an agreement concluded in your interest between Dialogue and a third party, or because you have consented to the transfer.
COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNIQUES
Dialogue uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website. Dialogue uses cookies with a purely technical functionality. They ensure that the website works properly and that, for example, your preferences are remembered. VIEW, MODIFY OR DELETE DATA
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have on you in a computer file to you or to an organization named by you.
You can send a request to view, correct, delete or transfer your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent to or object to the processing of your personal data to avg@amvest.nl.
To make sure that the request is made by you, we may ask you for proof of identity. A copy of this will be destroyed immediately after verification. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
Deletion of your personal data is only possible if those data are no longer relevant or must be retained in accordance with statutory retention periods.

If you have a complaint about compliance with this Privacy Statement or a violation of your rights under the law, you may contact Dialogue's Privacy Officer at avg@amvest.nl.

SECURITY
Dialogue takes the protection of your data seriously and uses appropriate technical, physical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. These measures include training employees and using secure storage and connections.

CHANGES PRIVACY STATEMENT
We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement, if necessary, and publish it on our website. The updated privacy statement will become effective upon publication, subject to applicable law. If we have already collected data about you that is affected by the change and/or are subject to a legal information requirement, we will also notify you of any significant changes to our data protection privacy statement.
