You live from the 9th floor, with views to the horizon. Choose from a studio, two- or three-bedroom apartment. All sleekly finished, cleverly laid out and mostly equipped with a balcony or loggia.
Final buying phase

Luxury with SieMatic kitchen and Bora cooktop
All apartments are delivered with a high-quality SieMatic kitchen, complete with Siemens built-in appliances and a Bora cooktop. Larger homes even have a Quooker. Bathrooms feature a modern walk-in shower and stylish plumbing fixtures, with each apartment type being designed to match. Finished with seamless ceilings and sleekly designed interior doors, cared for in every detail.
The apartment walls are finished wallpaper-ready. The ceilings have no v-seams and feature spray paint. If you would prefer to have the ceilings plastered, you can request this from the buyer's advisor.
The interior doors are flat, obtuse doors and the interior door frames are made of sheet steel. Again, you can have this completely customized to your liking.
Sit outside? Many homes have a balcony or loggia
Whether you wake up to the sun or end your day with city views, in Dialogue you always have outdoor space. Each apartment of 50 m² or larger has a private balcony or loggia. Glass balustrades maximize transparency without compromising comfort or safety.


Green roof garden as an extension of your home
On the second floor, above the bike shed, is Dialogue's green heart. This community garden is a place to meet, read a book, have lunch with friends or just be outside without having to go out into the street.
The garden is partly public, but feels like an extension of your own home. A wide staircase on either side of the building, or the elevator, gets you there in no time.
Balustrades are made of glass with an aluminum top and bottom rail in olive yellow. The acoustic ceilings will be light gray, tone-in-tone with the facade.

LIVVIN: living with a community, convenience and a living room
As a Dialogue resident, you are automatically part of LIVVIN, a service concept that provides connection, convenience and a warm feeling of home. Think of a common living room where you can work, have drinks or exhibit.
A community manager is present weekly to organize activities, answer questions and make sure everything runs smoothly. Through the LIVVIN app, you are also digitally connected to your neighbors and management.

Parking? Check. Bike lost? Never. Storage? Of course.
- Parking: There are 52 spaces in the underground parking garage (38 optionally available for purchase with a home).
- Storage: Homes smaller than 70 m² have a storage room in the basement, larger homes have an indoor storage room.
- Bicycle storage: Space for (carrier) bikes and scooters on the first floor, with charging points for e-bikes. Two bicycle spaces are reserved for each residence.

Sustainable living with thermal energy power and solar panels
Dialogue was designed with attention to sustainable and comfortable living. The homes are well insulated and connected to a collective CHP system through the Bajeskwartier. This provides underfloor heating in winter and a slight degree of cooling in summer, with generally lower energy costs than traditional systems.
Some of the roofs will be equipped with solar panels and connected to the system. This is not only good for the environment, but also contributes to comfortable living.
