LIVVIN is designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Warm, lively and thoughtfully laid out. The centrepiece is the LIVVIN Living Room, a cosy multifunctional space overlooking the courtyard where you are always welcome. Whether you want to host a small gathering or simply find a quiet place to work, this is where it all happens. It is a space where you get to know your neighbours, where friendships form and where activities strengthen the sense of community.

The Living Room

The LIVVIN Living Room sits at the north side of the Dialogue building and forms the social heart of the community. What makes it special is that it is more than a beautifully designed space. It is a place for connection. A place where spontaneous encounters happen and new friendships take shape.

The atmosphere is relaxed and open. You can open your laptop to work, read the paper for a moment or organise neighbourhood activities such as a Friday-afternoon drink, a barbecue or a small exhibition. The interior will soon be furnished with a warm and welcoming look and feel. Everything is designed to bring people together and to help you feel at home.

The Community Manager

Alongside the Living Room, the Community Manager plays a key role in everyday life at Dialogue. They ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether it involves answering questions, organising events or managing shared spaces, the Community Manager is there to support residents.

They are present in Dialogue for several hours each week, working from the Living Room, so you always have someone to turn to with questions or ideas. They are also available digitally through the LIVVIN app. You can submit service requests, schedule activities or ask a quick question with ease. Whether you need help solving a household issue or organising a neighbourhood event, the Community Manager ensures your living experience stays positive and worry-free.

Always close by

At LIVVIN we aim to be close by in every sense. Not only in person, but also digitally via the LIVVIN app. This app is the central communication hub for the community. You can check the calendar of upcoming events, submit a repair request and stay informed about the latest updates. The Community Manager is also reachable through the app for questions, tips or support.

The app makes connecting with neighbours simple. Need a carpenter for a small job? They might live just one floor down. Looking to borrow a drill? Ask the whole community with one quick message. The platform helps keep the neighbourhood connected, even when you are on the move. Everyone is only ever a click away.
